To pre-order the SHELL, simply place an order on our website. Once the pre-order item arrives in late-May or June, we'll send you an email notification and arrange shipping (with a default setting shipping to your address). Pre-ordering guarantees that you'll receive the product before it sells out and allows you to take advantage of any pre-order promotions we may have.

To choose the right size pet product for your pet, consider their weight and consult our sizing guide below (we have provided the size chart on the product page.). This guide provides a general idea of the appropriate product size for various breeds based on their average weight. However, individual pets may vary, so it's important to measure your pet and consider their specific needs.

Size on Weight / Examples of Breeds:

· 1-10 lbs - Most cats, Yorkies, Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Maltese, Papillons
· 11-25 lbs - Large cats, Shih Tzus, Pugs, Dachshunds, Poodles, Boston Terriers, Miniature Pinschers, Bichons Frises, West Highland Terriers, French Bulldogs, Lhasa Apsos, Havanese, Pekingese, Chinese Cresteds, Brussels Griffons

Remember that this guide is based on average weight ranges and individual pets may vary. Always consider your pet's specific size, preferences, and needs when selecting a product.

We carefully select the finest materials from Europe and Asia for our dog beds and apparel. These products are then assembled in state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in China and Europe. Finally, they are shipped from our distribution center in Toronto.

All of our Pet Beds products are machine washable. Simply remove the faux fur cover, if any, and place it into the wash. It can be dried on a low tumble setting. Once the cover is dry, simply put it back onto the bed, and your pet can enjoy it again!

Currently, the only place to order or pre-order Peppy Buddies products is through our website peppybuddies.ca or our Toronto flagship store. If you see Peppy Buddies or a "Peppy Buddies dog bed" listed or sold on any third-party retail websites under another name, please note that it is most likely a scam or a knockoff, and we cannot guarantee quality or delivery. We will provide authorized distributor notices through our website. Additionally, we plan to design our own Amazon store and Meta store in the near future.
